Hotel: Up to 48 hours prior to arrival you will receive a full refund of your booking. Cancellations within 48 hours of our 3 pm check-in- deposit will not be refunded but if the stay is multiple nights, you will receive a full refund for any night that are more than 48 hours from the 3pm check-in time. No show – No Refund. If your stay has a minimum night requirement, you will not receive a refund for any nights that would violate the minimum number of nights.
Cabins: Up to 14 days prior to arrival you will receive a full refund of your booking. Cancellations within 14 days of our 3 pm check-in- will be charged as agreed to but if the stay is multiple nights, you will receive a full refund for any nights that are more than 14 days from the 3pm check-in time. No show – No Refund. If your stay has a minimum night requirement, you will not receive a refund for any nights that would violate the minimum number of nights.
Please note: In order to cancel, you must call us and specifically request what days you want to cancel. We will accept requests based on the above policy and you will receive a confirmation email once the request is complete.
*$10 off per night applies only to Hotel Rooms and must be the same room booked for two or more consecutive nights, discount will automatically be applied in cart.
